Over four generations, the Ott family has cultivated a deep understanding of their soils, today tending 50 hectares of vineyards with the support of a 25-member team. Since 2006, the estate has embraced biodynamic viticulture, guided by the principles of vitality, diversity and respect for nature. The philosophy is simple yet profound — balance is the key to success. Every process, from organic composting to hand-harvesting, whole-cluster pressing, spontaneous fermentation and extended lees ageing, is performed with patience and precision.
