Champagne Piot-Sévillano, led by Christine Sévillano, brings over ten generations of winemaking heritage to her estate in Vincelles, Vallée de la Marne. The estate crafts its Champagnes with a commitment to tradition and environmental stewardship, certified HVE (High Environmental Value) since 2015 and officially organic since 2023. The vineyards, nearly 8 hectares of sunlit slopes, are planted primarily with Meunier (70%), Pinot Noir and Chardonnay (15% of each) adding depth to the blends. Christine combines traditional practices with modern, eco-conscious methods, including natural fertilization, reduced sulfites and zero weedkillers. With production at 60,000 bottles annually, Piot-Sévillano offers distinctive, terroir-driven Champagnes that capture the passion and expertise of a family rooted in Champagne winemaking since the 1700s.
