Their vineyards are organically farmed and dry-cultivated, and their approach to winemaking is deliberately minimalist — using machinery only when absolutely necessary, so that the terroir remains undisturbed. Luddite has earned acclaim for its expressive Chenin Blanc and Shiraz, as well as its bold, elegant blends.
