Located in Venteuil within the Vallée de la Marne, Champagne Rédempteur is a family-run estate whose origins trace back to the early 20th century. Its founder, Edmond Dubois nicknamed “Le Rédempteur” of Champagne played a key role in securing legal protections for the Champagne appellation. Today, under the leadership of Claudy Dubois and his sons Cédric and Vincent (5th generation), the estate continues to craft Champagnes with a strong nod to tradition: ageing in oak barrels, manual riddling and an unwavering commitment to the region’s heritage.
