Located in Fossoy in the Vallée de la Marne, Champagne Benoît Déhu is a family estate whose viticultural heritage spans eight generations. Under Benoît Déhu’s direction, the domaine has become known for its pioneering approach to single-parcel, single-varietal Champagnes, notably from the parcel La Rue des Noyers, planted entirely to Meunier. Working biodynamically, the estate cultivates its vineyards with exceptional care — all grapes are hand-harvested, fermented with indigenous yeasts, and aged in oak casks to preserve texture and terroir precision. Each cuvée reflects a deep understanding of geology and soil life, guided by the principle that “the wine must express the place.”
