Cascina del Monastero Vineyard

Cascina del Monastero, nestled in the heart of the Barolo region in the Langhe, is a family-run estate steeped in history. Originally a Benedictine convent, the farm has evolved into a modern winery under the care of the Grasso family. Founded by Alessio Grasso in 1926, the estate now spans 12 hectares of sun-kissed vineyards. Today, the legacy is carried on by his grandchildren, Loris and Giada, who continue to produce award-winning wines with deep respect for tradition.

Specializing in Barolo, Nebbiolo, Barbera, and Dolcetto, Cascina del Monastero is renowned for its meticulous craftsmanship. The winery’s dedication to quality is reflected in its aging process, using both oak barrels and bottle refinement.
